1. About this policy

In this notice ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Investor Pointe (UK) Limited, which operates this platform. This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the surfaces we operate and control, namely our website and our customer support portal (provided using Zendesk), what they do, and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

This policy does not cover cookies set within our clients' own instances of our platform. Where you access our platform as an investor or end user of one of our clients, that client controls its own instance, including its own privacy and cookie information; please refer to the privacy and cookie information made available to you by the relevant client.

5. Third-party cookies

7. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data collected through cookies on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the UK/EU GDPR:

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for strictly necessary cookies required to operate the Site securely. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of our online services. This processing is proportionate and does not override your privacy rights.
