Analyst | United Kingdom

Department: Client Services/Client Solutions Team

Line & Hiring Manager: Harriet Barlow, Head of Client Solutions

Location: Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in Victoria, London, United Kingdom

The Analyst at Investor Pointe plays a key role in delivering tailored solutions for clients, primarily private market managers, while acting as a critical link between clients and our development teams.

This position is ideal for a driven individual or graduate with a passion for fintech, professional services and private markets who wants to make an impact at a fast-growing technology and services firm with an innovative fintech platform. The Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure Investor Pointe’s technology platform to meet specifications, manage essential operational systems, and support strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and streamline service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the technology product to deliver customized solutions, including platform access controls, investor classification, and investment workflows tailored to client requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring client needs are clearly understood, communicated, and executed.

  • Oversee and track client projects, maintaining accurate records of interactions, progress, and deliverables while ensuring timelines are met.

  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving platform and data management issues for clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Head of Client Solutions and Chief Client Officer to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.

  • Produce monthly reports on client performance, platform usage, and key insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on private markets, preferred.

  • Interest in AI and Agentic Data Optimization

  • Familiarity with coding and SaaS platforms is a plus, though not required.

  • Genuine interest in fintech and private markets, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Client-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Our team spans 5 locations worldwide, including the UK, where we our headquartered, a strong team in the US, as well as teams in Colombia, India, and Hong Kong.  
  • The interview process is different for each team, the hiring manager for each vacancies reviews all CVs thoroughly before selecting candidates for interviews. The number of interviews, additional tasks and timeframes depend on the team each role is for. 

  • Depends on the role. Visa sponsorships can be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process. 

  • Yes, there are opportunities for internships or graduate roles. Any vacant graduate roles will be listed on this page.
